Individual Therapy

Including special arrangement for remote working, travel and follow up support via Skype.

The therapy I offer has seen patients treated elsewhere achieve a more rapid progress towards their full potential, which has protected their investment in themselves and ultimately led to considerably fewer session and far less time spent in therapy. Indeed much has seen to be achieved in a single session.

Couples Therapy

Couples are seen individually initially, with the aim towards a joint session if desired. In my practice I have has seen this to be the quickest and most effective way towards clarity and progress for both parties.

Divorce Health

One of the most challenging times, personally and professionally. Emotional work can be hardest kind of work. Therapeutic support for an individuals matrix of security has seen clients not only survive better, but flourish. You are not broken, but broken open. Instead of years of embodying unhealthy experiences, this becomes an empowering and ultimately healing experience.

Family Counselling

The aim is for years of emotional trauma to be dissolved or to circumnavogate potential disruption and damage ahead. Unavoidably family relationships are inextricably emeshed and woven into us, our past, present and future. This can be a very powerful experience affecting many trajectories in life. I have experienced lessons from families towards the individuals concerned - as well as the families themselves -  turn into powerful constellations of support.

Group Dynamic and Mediation

Often it is not the work but the people you have to be around to do the work which can be one of the most draining and debilitating experiences. Reducing financial output and productivity. I have worked with management structures and working groups in the private and public sector, creative teams and friendship groups.   Often the most protracted and treacherous terrain provides the most potential to be turned into dynamic working groups in output, prosperity and health.

Hypnosis and Meditation

There are times in our lives and in every day living when it is essential to metabolise time differently. Dislocating from current conditions correctly and fully is one of the most health giving and restorative things you can do.
